Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicate DOST-STII Gender and Development (GAD) strategies and initiatives;
  • Implement various GAD related activities;
  • Implement monitoring and evaluation of GAD activities;
  • Maintain agency multiple GAD records; and
  • Maintain orderly files of agency GAD records; and
  • Perform other secretariat/ documentation tasks.

  • Remit taxes withheld monthly/quarterly;
  • Prepare alpha list of suppliers for tax withheld;
  • Prepare quarterly Tax Certificate for COS (BIR 2306/ 2307);
  • Prepare monthly list of Accounts Payable;
  • Prepare Journal Entry Vouchers (JEVs) using eNGAS;
  • Update quarterly report of LDDAP ADA and Checks paid;
  • Prepare Disbursement Vouchers (DVs) and LDDAP-ADA for payment of various expenses and;
  • Prepare Terminal Financial Report of various GIA projects;
