Education

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job preferably in Mass Communication, Development Communication, Marketing

Experience

  • One (1) year experience in writing, editing, and/or desktop publication work

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the implementation of communication plans/strategies to promote the DOST-PCAARRD eLibrary through appropriate media mix
  • Write and package IEC materials to support the promotion of eLibrary
  • Create content for the intended audience in various communication platforms of PCAAARD
  • Coordinate tri-media collaboration/output
  • Assist in regional trainings
  • Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time

  • Handle scholarship grants and re-entry action plan;
  • Submit reportorial requirements such as proposal, terminal report, and status report;
  • Collaborate with various schools and universities for student immersion and/or on-the-job training program.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements online and in print.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing qualifications vis-à-vis basic requirements of the vacant position
  • Administer skills test and perform background checks.
  • Draft minutes of HRMPSB meetings, comparative data matrix, and tabulation.
  • Coordinate with applicants, HRMPSB members, and end users.
  • Assist in the facilitation of oath taking and signing of appointments
  • Conduct onboarding of successful candidates including preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas, and endorsement to end user.
  • Endorse documents for initial payment to new hires/promoted.
  • Submit reportorial requirements to DBM and CSC.
  • Monitor compliance of the agency to the Program to Institutionalize Merit and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), particularly to Recruitment, Selection, and Placement.
