Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management, Economics, Development Communication, or any related course

Experience

  • Preferably with two (2) year work experience related to organizational, planning, project development and information packaging

Training

  • Preferably with at least eight (8) hours of relevant training

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting policy research and design to support / improve policy formulation.
  • Assist in preparing policy papers, management reports, and briefing materials.
  • Assist in conducting the agency performance planning and review conference annually for the purpose of discussing the Office assessment for the preceding performance period and plan for succeeding rating period with concerned Division Chief;
  • Assist in monitoring / evaluating the Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCR) and Division Performance Commitment and Review Form (DPCR)
  • Assist in consolidating, reviewing, validating and evaluating the initial performance assessment of the Division Chiefs based on the reported Division’s accomplishments against the success indicators, and the allotted budget against the actual expenses;
  • Assist in developing program / project concepts and framework that addresses or response to issues and concerns based on outcome of research studies and surveys.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of operating units in terms of set targets and accomplishments.
  • Perform other functions may be assigned from time to time.
