Duties and Responsibilities
Perform recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
Prepare and post job advertisements online and in print.
Screen candidates by reviewing qualifications vis-à-vis basic requirements of the vacant position
Administer skills test and perform background checks.
Draft minutes of HRMPSB meetings, comparative data matrix, and tabulation.
Coordinate with applicants, HRMPSB members, and end users.
Assist in the facilitation of oath taking and signing of appointments
Conduct onboarding of successful candidates including preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas, and endorsement to end user.
Endorse documents for initial payment to new hires/promoted.
Submit reportorial requirements to DBM and CSC.
Monitor compliance of the agency to the Program to Institutionalize Merit and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), particularly to Recruitment, Selection, and Placement.
