It is with pride that I present this year’s accomplishments, underscoring our efforts to make S&T information available, accessible and applicable to all. This year’s performance is testament to where hard work and cooperation could lead to.

I would say that the year has been both tough and rewarding. Tough because this is the year when I actually had hands-on experience working with the Institute’s staff right from the start of 2007. It was a period of understanding and learning from each other’s working styles, of making the necessary functional adjustments and also of going the extra mile to reach our planned targets.
